About Pacific Pathways
Pacific Pathways offers a comprehensive treatment program for young adults (18-26 years old) who are struggling with mental health and co-occurring disorders. The program focuses on treating anxiety, PTSD, depression, and low self-esteem. In addition to mental health, they can also treat eating disorders and substance use disorders. Evidence-based treatments, specifically dialectical behavioral therapy, is used to help develop behavioral skills that can improve mood disorders.
Pacific Pathways is located near the California redwoods of Muir Woods, and also near Point Reyes National Seashore. This allows residents the occasional weekend retreat to connect with and immerse themselves into nature. Pacific Pathways residents may have the opportunity to go kayaking, forest bathe in the redwood groves, and harvest lavender at their sister program, Mandala Springs Retreat Center.
Education and re-entry support is provided for residents with a history of learning differences or ADHD. The center has a close relationship with Prescott College in Arizona, with both virtual and on-site instructions being offered. Pacific Pathways is Joint Commission Accredited.
