The team uses cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT)-informed skills, motivational interviewing (MI), trauma-focused therapy, mindfulness-based interventions, and family systems therapy. They also provide care coordination, family support, and connections to community resources.
Tailored Therapy and Support
The center offers outpatient mental health services, including individual, family, and group therapy, along with a DCF-licensed substance use intensive outpatient program (IOP). The IOP provides structured group treatment with individual sessions as needed and typically meets 3 to 4 days per week for 9 to 12 hours. Programming includes relapse prevention, psychoeducation, peer support, and recovery-focused skill building.
