About WellMinded Health
Supporting adults seeking mental health care, WellMinded Health is an outpatient practice that combines secure telepsychiatry across Florida with in-person appointments at its Gunn Highway office in Odessa. The center treats anxiety, depression, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), trauma, schizophrenia, and mood-related concerns. Hours run Monday through Friday from 7:45 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. and Saturday from 9:30 a.m. until noon. Providers offer same-day appointments when schedules allow.

WellMinded Health begins with a psychiatric evaluation covering concerns, symptoms, history, and treatment goals. Services include therapy, coping or behavioral strategies, medication management, dosage adjustments, and follow-up care. Board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioners involve patients in treatment decisions. Secure virtual visits expand access, while in-person appointments support those who prefer office-based care.
Support Stronger Working Lives
WellMinded Health also develops workplace mental health and wellness programs through consultation and tailored planning. Services focus on confidential employee counseling, stress and mood support, and workshops with leadership guidance. The center delivers workplace mental health programs virtually, in person, or in a hybrid format to strengthen employee well-being and workplace performance.
