Finding the right mental health support can be challenging but an important step toward feeling better and living a healthy life. Thrive Counseling Center is a nonprofit mental health provider offering accessible outpatient counseling services. The center is located in Cook County, in the village of Oak Park, Illinois and serves individuals and families from nearby communities. Thrive provides care in a safe, and welcoming setting. The center is open on Monday - Thursday from 9:00am - 8:00pm, Friday from 9:00am - 5:00pm, Saturday 9:00am - 2:00pm and closed on Sundays.

Healing Through Collaboration

Thrive counseling Center offers a wide range of services, including individual therapy, family counseling, relationship therapy, group programs, psychiatric services and crisis intervention. Services are available for ages 6 years and older, individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, grief, loss, and relationship challenges. Care is delivered by licensed professionals highly capable of conducting assessments, evaluation, and supporting various conditions. Every personalized plan is built through close collaboration between clients and health professionals.

Guiding Clients To Heal From Trauma

Since 1898, Thrive has delivered care guided by evidence-based practices creating a strong foundation for empowering individuals and families. At the center’s trauma clinic, clients experiencing trauma and post traumatic stress (PTSD) may participate in a 12 week, short term intensive treatment program providing compassionate support through medication management and trauma-focused therapies. These services helps individuals build coping skills, process emotions and develop healthy daily routines. Through supportive mental health services and accessible healing resources, clients are motivated to face challenges with confidence and thrive despite difficult situations.
