A physician-owned psychiatry practice and an ARC Health partner in Brentwood, Tennessee Mental Health & Psychiatry Group builds care around each client’s symptoms, medical history, and treatment goals. A board-certified certified psychiatrist leads the practice, while psychiatric nurse practitioners work with supervising physicians to provide evaluations and medication management for children, teens, and adults. They address anxiety, depression, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and other mental health concerns.

Coordinate Medication and Therapy in One Office

Prescribers explain medication options, and base decisions on each client’s evaluation, history, and response to treatment. Options include antidepressants, ADHD medications, mood stabilizers, and anti-anxiety medications when appropriate. Clients meet with prescribers in-person or through telehealth, depending on their care needs. The practice partners with Southeast Psych Nashville for therapy referrals as needed, giving clients access to psychiatric care and therapy in the same office. The separate practices share administrative, scheduling, and billing staff, so clients contact one team to arrange appointments.
