The practice also provides culturally competent care for LGBTQIA+ individuals and offers in-person and telehealth appointments.
Individualized Care Through Outpatient Services
The clinical team begins care with an assessment to develop an individualized treatment plan. Sundance Behavioral Resources provides counseling, psychiatric evaluations, and medication management using cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR). Therapy appointments last 50 minutes, while follow-up medication management visits last 20 minutes after the initial evaluation.
