Helping adults strengthen daily living skills and social connections, South Central Behavioral Services - Unity House provides structured day rehabilitation in Kearney, Nebraska. They serve adults ages 19 and older with behavioral health needs, including those with schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and major depression. Practice Skills Through Daily Activities

Unity House runs its day rehabilitation program Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., and recommends attending three to five days each week. A typical day begins with a group discussion about planned activities, followed by opportunities to choose from scheduled classes and projects. Participants also share a closing discussion at the end of the day. For those who need a more flexible schedule, the Day Support program follows the same activities without a minimum attendance requirement. Community Support services offer additional help with daily activities and connections to local resources.
