About Sound - Belltown
For adults who need low-barrier day support and a steady connection to behavioral health care, Sound Belltown offers its Clean Start day program at 2329 4th Avenue in Seattle. As a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC), it provides coordinated, comprehensive care for everyone, regardless of ability to pay, residence, age, or diagnosis. The clinic is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with walk-in hours Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Ease Into Structure and Connection
Clean Start gives adults access to meals, hygiene supports, and a calm, predictable place to build daily-living skills. Participants can join art and music groups, mindfulness and emotional-regulation classes, recreational activities, recovery supports, peer connection, and community outings. Case managers, clinicians, and peer support specialists offer support guided by each person's comfort, voice, and goals, making it well suited for adults who benefit from structure and a steady place to reconnect with care at their own pace.
Connect to a Full Range of Care
As part of Sound's integrated model, clients can also access a broader continuum of behavioral health care, including individual, group, and family mental health treatment, psychiatric services and medication management, peer support, and medication-assisted treatment for alcohol and opioid use. Sound's outpatient and intensive outpatient substance-use services use ASAM-based assessments and a whole-person approach, available across King County and largely via telehealth, with some in-person groups.
