SOLEO is a maternal mental health and postpartum wellness center supporting women from trying to conceive through early motherhood. The center treats depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and emotional adjustment . Levels of care include day treatment programs, outpatient individual therapy, and therapist-led support groups. Infant-inclusive spaces with on-site childcare allow mothers to receive care while staying close to their infants.

Mindful Care Meets Practical Support

Licensed clinicians provide individual therapy, facilitated group experiences through Motherhood Circles, and coordinated psychiatric evaluation and medication management. Evidence-based approaches include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), internal family systems, and mindfulness-based practices. The center also incorporates complementary services such as meditation, acupuncture, reiki, lactation support, nutrition guidance, and sound-based practices to support nervous system regulation.

Partner-Inclusive And Coordinated Maternal Care

Supporting mothers within real-life contexts, the center emphasizes accessibility, flexibility, and community connection. Partner involvement is available in select services to strengthen communication and shared understanding. With in-person and virtual options, insurance acceptance, and customizable programming, the facility delivers comprehensive maternal mental health care that centers safety and sustained support throughout pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood.
