Shore Clinical TMS & Wellness Center - Linwood

Located just outside of SJI Park, Shore Clinical TMS & Wellness Center provides outpatient psychiatric care for adolescents, adults, and older adults with depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and other mental health conditions. They offer in-person appointments and telepsychiatry without overnight stays. They operate Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Advanced Depression Treatments and Psychiatric Care

They treat depression, including treatment-resistant depression, using transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), deep TMS, Spravato (esketamine), and intravenous (IV) ketamine. Clinicians also conduct psychiatric evaluations, provide psychotherapy, manage medications, and use pharmacogenetic testing to guide certain medication decisions. Patients receiving Spravato attend supervised sessions in private or shared treatment rooms. They monitor treatment response and adjust care during follow-up visits. Treatment length depends on the service and individual needs.

Specialized Care, Insurance, and Accessibility

They also treat bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, eating disorders, and co-occurring substance use concerns. Their geriatric psychiatry services address mood symptoms, cognitive changes, and medication needs in older adults. Patients attend scheduled appointments while maintaining work, school, and family routines. They accept most major insurance plans, including Medicare, Aetna, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, and TRICARE, but not Medicaid. Staff assist with insurance verification and prior authorization, while eligible patients may qualify for Spravato savings assistance.
