Sanare Drexel Hill
About Sanare Drexel Hill
Sanare Drexel Hill treats adults in Delaware County with intensive outpatient programs (IOP), individual therapy, and personalized intensives from its office on Township Line Road. Its Core IOP meets Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 10 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. Trauma-Focused IOP meets Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 10 a.m. to 12:15 p.m., with individual sessions on Tuesdays or Thursdays.
Practice Skills in a Small-Group Setting
Sanare’s IOP gives adults structured support several days per week while they continue work, school, relationships, and daily responsibilities. Groups focus on mindfulness, emotional regulation, coping skills, trauma support, and healthier responses to stress. Sanare uses approaches like dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), internal family systems (IFS), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), experiential therapies, and trauma-informed care.
Start Care with Responsive Support
New clients begin with a consultation to determine the next step, and Sanare can usually schedule consultations within 24 to 48 hours. Its Drexel Hill team offers in-person and virtual support, depending on the service. Sanare also coordinates with inpatient, partial hospitalization program (PHP), and outpatient providers to help reduce gaps in care.
