Located on West 2nd Avenue in Oneida, Tennessee, Ridgeview Outpatient Center provides counseling for children, adolescents, and adults. Psychologists, clinical social workers, professional counselors, and marriage and family therapists offer individual, family, couples, and group therapy for emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges. Psychiatric medication management is also available through Ridgeview's prescribers.

Care is trauma-informed, using components of trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT) to help children and adults manage thoughts, feelings, and behaviors related to past trauma. New clients can use same day access to start with a face-to-face intake and initial screening without a scheduling delay or waitlist. They accept TennCare/Medicaid, Medicare, and most major insurance, and financial assistance is available for eligible clients.
