Revival Recovery Center is an outpatient treatment center offering comprehensive medical services to treat drug and alcohol addiction in-person and through telemedicine. We can also treat depression, anxiety, insomnia and chronic pain with a associated substance abuse history using a variety of pharmacologic approaches. We accept many commercial insurances along with Medicare and Medicaid. Our practice is led by family nurse practitioner Lisa Perna who has cared for thousands of patients with substance use disorder. She understands the challenging family dynamics and relational co-dependencies that can come with addiction. Her goal is to help patients find lasting sobriety, thriving interdependent relationships, spiritual awakenings, and emotional healing.
