About Project Turnabout - Marshall
Project Turnabout Marshall helps people with alcohol and drug problems through men’s step-down residential care and evening outpatient treatment. Its Marshall residential program serves men 18 and older who have completed primary addiction treatment and need continued structure. The site also offers evening intensive outpatient and outpatient services for clients ages 16+, giving them a step-down path with support that can continue alongside work, school, and community life.
Build Recovery With Structure
Project Turnabout describes its outpatient care as person-centered and its Marshall residential program as clinically managed and structured. Clients take part in individual counseling, one-on-one sessions with a counselor, and group therapy, where they build coping skills, address triggers, and strengthen decision-making. Outpatient care also includes treatment planning, drug and alcohol education, relapse prevention, family programming, and 12-Step support groups.
Live With Support In Marshall
Marshall’s men’s residential program uses shared, apartment-style units with 2 bedrooms, a living room, bathroom, kitchen, and dining area. Residents stay connected to on-site treatment programming and 24-hour staffing while practicing daily responsibility. The location also has a fitness area, laundry facilities, shared lounge space, and Sunday visiting hours. Marshall outpatient sessions run in the evening, which may help clients balance treatment with daily responsibilities.
Continue Care Step By Step
A key differentiator is Project Turnabout’s step-down model, which carries from residential care into outpatient phases. Their outpatient services are also described as specialty court-compliant and built to support accountability, communication, and phased care for participants in drug, DWI, mental health, and veterans treatment courts. Family support is available through a separate Family Recovery Program, including remote participation options when distance is a barrier.
