ONCE offers a clinically guided psilocybin-assisted pathway for adults with concerns such as treatment-resistant depression, burnout, and trauma. Designed to fit around full lives, preparation and integration take place online, with just one day required in Amsterdam for the 1-on-1 psilocybin session. Their urban, retreat-like setting provides a private, comfortable space for the experience without requiring extended time away from work or family.

Prepare With Care and Intention

The process begins with a free conversation to explore what led the person to seek support and whether the psilocybin-assisted path might help. If they continue, a registered doctor reviews their medical history, well-being, and known risk factors before developing a personalised support plan. Online preparation sessions then lean into Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy to explore the client’s intentions, personal history, and inner strengths, while preparing them for what non-ordinary states can feel like and how to navigate them.

Experience Psilocybin With Support

On the morning of the psilocybin session, the client meets 1-to-1 with their facilitator in a peaceful space with comfortable furniture, soft lighting, and blankets. After a brief orientation, the client can lie down, close their eyes, and listen to thoughtfully selected music as the experience unfolds. The facilitator remains nearby throughout, helping clients stay present with whatever arises without pressure to control the experience. Afterwards, the facilitator ensures the client feels grounded and stable before leaving.

Integrate Insights Into Daily Life

Lasting change depends on what happens after the psilocybin experience. During the period of increased neuroplasticity that follows, ONCE provides online integration sessions to help the client reflect on their experience and translate insights into specific actions. With their therapist, the client explores how these insights can shape relationships, work, decisions, and daily life, helping change become practical and sustainable.
