Located at Royal Avenue near Metropolitan Avenue in Oklahoma City, the center provides intensive outpatient program (IOP) and partial hospitalization program (PHP) services for adults managing mental health or substance use concerns. The programs offer structured care that allows clients to continue their daily routines at home, work, or school while receiving focused clinical support.
Treatment and Approaches
The center delivers evidence-based treatment that addresses depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), schizophrenia, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), stress, self-harm, suicidal ideation, and addiction. Clients receive individual and group therapy, psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and psychoeducation using approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care. Mental health IOP involves 3-5 days/week of group sessions, although duration varies based on individual needs and progress.
Dual Diagnosis and Specialized Therapies
The center integrates dual diagnosis treatment for co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders (SUD). Therapies include eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), seeking safety, motivational interviewing, and family therapy. Clients also participate in life skills training, relapse prevention, and expressive therapies, including art, music, meditation, and mindfulness. Programs offer flexible scheduling and a daily structure to balance intensive treatment with everyday responsibilities.
