NYC Counseling also facilitates groups for divorce, grief and loss, family estrangement, narcissistic abuse recovery, sobriety, motherhood, and personal growth. Additional groups support adults navigating their 20s and 30s, men working on emotional connection and relationships, entrepreneurs and executives managing motivation, burnout, and work-life balance, and children adjusting to divorce, remarriage, two households, or caregiver changes. Group topics also include self-sabotage, emotional regulation, family patterns, relationships, and major life transitions.The practice also offers dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) group, relationship workshop, same-week appointments with availability from 7AM to 9PM, and a free 15-minute consultation for prospective clients.
