Integrated Behavioral Health Services
Treatment is matched to each individual's needs using the ASAM Six Dimensions Assessment. Individuals participate in therapeutic groups, counseling, behavioral therapies, and peer support based on their level of care. Outpatient counseling is available in Roanoke and through tele-medicine, while care coordination and referral services help connect individuals with additional treatment, community resources, and appropriate levels of care when needed.
Community Stabilization and Skill Development
Community stabilization provides short-term support for individuals transitioning between levels of care while remaining connected to community support. Psychosocial rehabilitation groups focus on mental health education, interpersonal relationships, and independent living skills. Mental health skill-building provides 1-to-1 assistance with medication management, appointment planning, budgeting, personal care, and access to community resources. Day treatment (PHP) participants attend groups 4 days per week for 5 hours per session, while intensive outpatient (IOP) participants attend groups 3 days per week for 3 hours per session.
