About Mosaic Minds
Mosaic Minds provides structured teen mental health support for teens ages 11–17 who are struggling with emotions, behavior, school, or daily life. They use a neurodivergent-affirming approach that reflects how teens think, process, communicate, and regulate. This includes consideration of autism, ADHD, learning differences, sensory needs, executive functioning challenges, and masking. Their partial hospitalization (PHP) and intensive outpatient (IOP) programs combine curriculum-based structure with individualized care, and intentionally make community and social skills part of the process.
Discover Neurodivergent-Affirming Care
At Mosaic Minds, neurodivergence is not something a teen needs to hide in order to receive support. Instead, care is built around understanding and supporting how a teen thinks, processes, communicates, and regulates rather than expecting them to fit a one-size-fits-all model. With understanding, acceptance, and a clear plan for practical growth, Mosaic Minds’ programs include:
- Emotional regulation work
- Cognitive and behavioral skill-building
- Executive functioning support
- Social support and community-based growth
- Family involvement
- Support that connects treatment to school, home, and daily life
Choose from Two Levels of Support
Families often come looking for therapy for troubled teens, but what they want is more than extra appointments. They want a program that feels clear, individualized, and relevant to daily life. Mosaic Minds offers both IOP and PHP, so families can explore what makes the most sense for their child right now. The admissions process includes a free clinical pre-screen and assessment to help determine what type of support may be the best fit.
Receive Care from a Team Who “Gets It”
Mosaic Minds’ team members are proud to be part of the neurodivergent community themselves as individuals, parents, and allies. They offer a nonjudgmental and welcoming environment shaped by this lived experience, ensuring every family feels seen, understood, and supported by people who truly “get it.”
