Mental Care Plus

Focused on accessible, individualized mental health care, Mental Care Plus is an outpatient therapy practice treating anxiety, depression, attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), bipolar disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and substance use disorder (SUD). They provide appointment-based counseling, psychiatric evaluations, and medication management. Located on Sylvan Avenue in Englewood Cliffs, they offer in-person sessions and statewide telehealth across New Jersey. They serve children, teens, adults, and seniors, with dedicated services for men, women, couples, parents, and families.

They are open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., by appointment only.

Strengthen Coping Through Integrated Care

Their approach combines cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), individual and group counseling, and behavioral interventions to strengthen coping skills and emotional regulation. They also use play therapy for children and family and couples counseling to improve communication and relationships.
