About Junction Brain Health - Spokane
Creating a clearer next step after standard depression care has fallen short, Junction Brain Health - Spokane is an outpatient treatment center for adults across Spokane County and nearby communities. The clinic addresses persistent depression and may also serve adults with anxiety or post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) symptoms. As part of a veteran-founded network, it also helps connect veterans with care for depression and PTSD. Hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with weekends closed.
TMS with Minimal Disruption
The Spokane clinic provides transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), a noninvasive, medication-free treatment that uses focused magnetic pulses to reach brain regions involved in mood. TMS requires no anesthesia, allowing patients to return to work, family responsibilities, or other daily activities after appointments. The clinic primarily serves adults with major depressive disorder who have not improved enough with antidepressants and also discusses TMS for anxiety and PTSD symptoms. Patients may request an evaluation without a referral. Spravato is available at select network clinics for treatment-resistant depression and major depression with suicidal ideation or suicidal behavior.
Junction Brain Health began as TMS Solutions in 2014 and now operates a multi-site outpatient network. Its Spokane clinic focuses on practical access to medically monitored TMS for adults considering treatment beyond first-line options.
