INcompass Healthcare Lawrenceburg - Ludlow Office

Located near the main INcompass Healthcare center on Bielby Road in Lawrenceburg, this community-based outpatient clinic serves children, adolescents, young adults up to age 26, and adults for mental health and substance use treatment. Services include individual, family, and group therapy, psychiatric evaluation, medication management, school-based services, and intensive family support. INcompass Healthcare also coordinates housing, employment, peer services, and court-referred programming.

Hours run Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Guide Care with Structure

Clinicians deliver therapy alongside psychiatric assessment and ongoing medication management for mental health and co-occurring substance use conditions. Intensive family services (IFS) and wraparound planning guide caregivers and youth through structured service coordination. School-based services extend care into classrooms, while prescribers monitor symptoms and adjust medications through scheduled follow-up visits.

Connect Care To Community

Community-based programs extend care beyond appointments. Transition to Independence Process supports ages 16 to 26 with employment preparation and life skills development. FIRE peer services provide mentoring from individuals with lived experience. CASE employment services and housing programs connect adults to employment services and housing resources, strengthening daily functioning beyond clinical appointments.
