Hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday and Wednesday through Friday, with a Tuesday evening clinic open until 7 p.m.

Therapy, Psychiatry, and Addiction Care

The outpatient mental health program includes individual and group therapy, medication management, and crisis intervention. Westside clinicians treat depression, anxiety, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), trauma, stress, eating disorders, relationship concerns, chronic illness, and substance use disorders. Their approaches include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing (MI), relational therapy, psychodynamic therapy, harm reduction, and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR)-informed care. Addiction services may include 1-on-1 counseling, group counseling, couples and family therapy, overdose-response education, and medication-assisted treatment (MAT).

Access and Coordinated Services

Westside Community Health Center service lets patients schedule treatment around work, family, and other responsibilities. Telehealth is available for services such as therapy, medication refills, and lab reviews. They also connect patients with primary care, infectious disease expertise, sexual healthcare, adult gender-affirming services, housing assistance, and job-training resources.
