About HopeSpoke
From short-term issues to complex long-term conditions, HopeSpoke is a community-based mental health provider serving children ages 1 through 19 and their families across Lincoln and southeast Nebraska. They treat a broad range of mental, emotional, and behavioral concerns. Adult services and translator support are also available when needed.
School and Social Services
HopeSpoke provides school-based therapy across Lincoln public elementary, middle, and high schools, offering individual sessions during the school day with consultation for school staff. The program has been in operation since 1994, and requires active parent and guardian participation in recovery. The Sexual Misconduct Therapy Program coordinates directly with courts, probation, and the Department of Health and Human Services as part of care.
Specialized Youth Programs
They operate several distinct programs, including the Extended Day Treatment Program for children ages 5 to 11 with serious behavioral challenges and for adolescents with problematic sexual behaviors. The Therapeutic Group Home serves males ages 13 to 18 with sexually abusive behaviors in a 24/7 residential setting.
