Health Care Resource Centers (HCRC), formerly Community Substance Abuse Centers, specializes in treating substance use disorders and offers medication-assisted treatment (MAT) using methadone to treat opioid addictions. They offer a welcoming and non-judgmental environment with tailored services for each individual's unique needs. HCRC Chelsea also offers:
- Individual, group, and family counseling

Their treatment hours are Mon – Fri 6am – 2:30pm, Sun 6am – 11am and their medication hours are Mon – Fri 6am – 12:30pm, Sun 6am – 11am. On holidays, they are open 6am - 11am.
