SPRAVATO® treatment follows a structured schedule based on individual clinical needs, beginning with 2 treatments per week during Weeks 1 through 4, followed by 1 treatment per week during Weeks 5 through 8, and 1 treatment every 1 to 2 weeks thereafter. Treatments take place in a REMS-certified outpatient setting, where patients self-administer the medication under medical supervision and remain for observation before returning home.
