Creating another path for depression after antidepressants and talk therapy, Greenbrook Mental Wellness Center - Owings Mills is an outpatient center providing NeuroStar® TMS therapy and SPRAVATO® esketamine nasal spray treatment. A no-cost consultation introduces the treatment process before a Greenbrook-affiliated licensed mental health provider evaluates history and symptoms and creates an individualized treatment plan when appropriate. Their 4th-floor office is on Reisterstown Road next to Woodholme Shopping Center and is open Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Focused Therapies for Depression

NeuroStar TMS delivers focused magnetic pulses through a non-invasive, non-drug approach to depression treatment. Typical Greenbrook plans include 30-36 sessions over 6-9 weeks, with sessions lasting as little as 19 minutes and normal activities possible immediately afterward. They also provide SPRAVATO® for treatment-resistant depression and certain depressive symptoms associated with major depressive disorder. Treatment includes at least 2 hours of direct supervision and monitoring, with frequency moving from 2 treatments a week to weekly treatment and then every 1-2 weeks.
