Their process starts with a no-cost consultation before a Greenbrook-affiliated licensed mental health provider evaluates history and symptoms and develops an individualized treatment plan when appropriate. The center is in Suite 700 on Frazee Road in San Diego, with the office on the 7th floor, and is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Treatment Around Daily Life

NeuroStar TMS uses focused magnetic pulses through a non-invasive, non-drug treatment for depression. Greenbrook plans typically include 30-36 sessions over 6-9 weeks, with treatment scheduled 5 days a week and sessions lasting as little as 19 minutes. Normal activities can resume immediately after treatment. They also administer SPRAVATO® for treatment-resistant depression and certain depressive symptoms associated with major depressive disorder. SPRAVATO® requires at least 2 hours of direct supervision and monitoring, with treatments typically moving from 2 times a week to weekly and then every 1-2 weeks.
