About Four Rivers Community Health Center - Rolla Clinic
Behavioral health services at Four Rivers Community Health Center in Rolla address mental health concerns and drug and alcohol addiction within the same outpatient program. Clinicians assess each person’s concerns and determine which services fit their treatment needs. The program does not center only on substance use, but it includes a defined addiction treatment pathway alongside its broader mental health services.
Counseling, Medication, and Peer Services
Behavioral health professionals provide 1-on-1 consultations, group therapy, medication management, and peer support. Clinicians also use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness practices, along with lifestyle interventions such as exercise and nutrition. For drug and alcohol concerns, the team can incorporate counseling, medication management, and support groups into the treatment plan.
Direct Access to Addiction Services
Someone seeking help for drug or alcohol use can tell a Four Rivers staff member and speak with someone about treatment immediately. Depending on the situation, staff may begin the process that same day. When staff cannot begin treatment that day, they guide the person through the next steps. The Rolla location also provides medication-assisted treatment (MAT) as part of its addiction services.
