Located on Summit Drive near Interstate 94 in Brooklyn Center, this clinic treats children, teens, and adults with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, psychosis, schizophrenia, addiction, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), dissociative disorders, and paranoia through outpatient care and telehealth. FavorGrace Wellness Clinic provides therapy, psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and psychoeducation, with scheduling that includes evening and weekend sessions.

Support Recovery Through Consistent Care

Each client begins with a full mental health evaluation that reviews symptoms, medical history, and daily routines. FavorGrace Wellness Clinic uses cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), 1-on-1 counseling, and family therapy while managing medications, including suboxone and naltrexone. Sessions cover symptoms, treatment options, and teach coping strategies clients apply between appointments, with progress tracked and plans adjusted as needed. Services also include depression support for pregnant and postpartum women.

Extend Care Beyond Appointments

FavorGrace Wellness Clinic listens and involves clients in treatment decisions, including choosing medication, therapy, or both. Care also addresses sleep, routines, and daily functioning that affect work, school, and home life. Clients attend sessions in person or through telehealth, and families join counseling when needed to support communication at home. Hours run Monday, Tuesday, and Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. for in-person and telehealth, with additional telehealth hours until 7 p.m. and Saturdays from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m.
