Located in the corner of McLean Street and Roblin Boulevard, Executive Medical Solutions runs an outpatient addiction program for people who want treatment while continuing to live and work in their usual environment. The program treats alcohol and drug addiction and addresses co-occurring mental health conditions through psychiatric care, counseling, group therapy, and medication review. Clients apply what they learn to daily stress, relationships, and triggers instead of stepping away from them. The program requires a four-month commitment and continues for one year. It recommends at least one individual session and four groups each week, with 1-3 groups available daily. Clients may attend groups virtually, though the center recommends in-person participation when possible.

Psychiatry, Medication, and Opioid Care

Executive Medical Solutions offers psychiatric evaluation and pharmacist consultation, often beginning during the first week and generally within four weeks. Clinicians may order bloodwork to identify medical complications related to substance use or other health concerns. Pharmacists review medications and adjust recommendations around each client’s needs. For opioid use disorder, the center offers suboxone assessment, harm-reduction planning, and coordination with prescribers and pharmacies. Clients may choose their own pharmacy, or they may work with the center’s pharmacy partner to arrange flexible access to Suboxone or other opioid agonist therapies.

Counseling, Trauma Care, and Program Costs

Each client of Executive Medical Solutions receives weekly individual counseling that draws from dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and addiction-focused strategies. Group sessions cover recovery topics throughout the week. The program also includes rapid access to eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), along with mindfulness, yoga, breathwork, and meditation practices for clients who have experienced trauma. Family members may take part when the client agrees, and the care team decides the level of involvement case by case. New clients complete a paid intake interview, and the center applies that cost toward the program fee if they enroll. Treatment costs $4,000 per month for the first four months. After that period, full programming costs $1,000 per month for the remainder of the one-year program.
