Located within the Central Business District, Evidence Based Treatment Centers of Seattle runs four outpatient programs for adult anxiety, child anxiety, eating disorders, and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) related concerns. Children, teens, adults, and families can attend weekly therapy or more intensive treatment (IOP) several days per week. They offer in-person, virtual, and hybrid care from their downtown office near the Symphony light rail station, Interstate 5, Interstate 90, and State Route 520.
What Treatment Includes
Clinicians use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), exposure and response prevention, DBT, CBT-E, family-based treatment, behavioral parent training, mindfulness, psychiatry, and medication management. Treatment may include individual therapy, skills groups, family sessions, nutrition support, school coordination, and work with outside providers. Intensive programs may involve 9-22 hours of treatment per week, depending on the program and the person’s needs.

They provide psychotherapy on an out-of-network basis, while Regence and Premera may cover psychiatry services in network. Clients pay at the time of service and may submit statements for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
