About Enterhealth Outpatient Center of Excellence
Built around a physician-led, brain-focused approach to recovery, Enterhealth Outpatient Center of Excellence combines addiction and mental health treatment with advanced medical diagnostics in Dallas’ Park Cities. Part of Enterhealth's treatment network, the center serves adults with substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, trauma, and co-occurring conditions. Their medical team includes a triple board-certified chief medical officer and a board-certified functional medicine physician that uses functional psychiatry, laboratory testing, and, when appropriate, genetic and neuropsychological assessments to guide therapy, medication, and lifestyle changes.
Step Down Through Three Program Tiers
The Enterhealth recovery program (ERP) offers 3 levels of care based on each client's needs. The 12-week intensive program provides 12 to 15 hours of group therapy weekly for those needing more structure or returning after a relapse. The 8-week progressive program offers 9 hours weekly as clients build stability, while the 8-week sustaining program provides 3 hours to help maintain progress. Individual and family therapy are also available, with treatment adjusted as clients move through recovery.
Manage Triggers and Stay Connected to Recovery
The center combines individual, group, couples, and family therapy with specialized options such as virtual reality therapy to practice handling triggers, neurofeedback, and trauma-focused therapies including accelerated resolution therapy (ART) and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR). Medication management, nutrition, and lifestyle coaching address additional needs. Clients can attend sessions in Dallas or use available virtual services. Those transitioning from Enterhealth Ranch can continue outpatient care, while the Enterhealth Alumni Association helps clients stay connected after treatment.
