DREAM Great Bend

Located near Highway 281 in Kansas, DREAM Great Bend offers outpatient care for individuals and families navigating substance use disorder (SUD) and alcohol addiction. Services include assessments, counseling, and case management for referrals from the court system, employers, and families. Adults and teens can participate in day or evening outpatient sessions, continuing care after residential treatment, and structured education classes. Telehealth expands access for clients outside the immediate area.

Licensed counselors provide evidence-based care with a strong focus on family support. Individual and group counseling help clients strengthen coping skills, rebuild confidence, and create goals for long-term recovery. Alongside its clinical services, they support DREAM’s signature summer camps at Cedar Bluff Reservoir. With funding from Medicaid, insurance, and local counties, DREAM Great Bend ensures care remains affordable and accessible.
