Crossroads Behavioral Health Services - Osceola

Located near Highway 34 and Clarke Elementary School in Osceola, this center provides compassionate outpatient care for mental health and addiction recovery. The center treats anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders through evidence-based therapy and integrated behavioral health services. Programs include individual, family, and group counseling, community support services, and medication management. Crossroads operates Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., offering accessible and flexible care to meet every client’s needs.
