Located on Oxford Pike and near Brookville Lake Dam Vista in Brookville, this community-based outpatient clinic treats mental health and substance use conditions for children, adolescents, young adults up to age 26, and adults. Hours run Monday and Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Tuesday and Wednesday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with same day access available Monday through Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
