About Bridgeway Treatment Services
This program takes a non-traditional approach to recovery by emphasizing mindfulness as a core part of treatment. Clients are guided to slow down, become more aware of themselves, and explore the root of their struggles. Through practices like meditation and mindful awareness, they gain tools to create balance, peace, and clarity in daily life.
Access Care at Every Stage
Services include drug and alcohol assessments, individual and family counseling, and structured group programs such as intensive outpatient treatment, relapse prevention, and continuing care. Specialized options, including Alcohol and Drug Information School (ADIS), brief dynamic therapy, and a two-year deferred prosecution program, provide additional support for individuals at different stages of recovery or those navigating legal requirements.
Engage in Flexible, Supportive Care
Treatment sessions combine group discussions, individual counseling, and mindfulness practices tailored to each person’s goals. Group work fosters accountability and shared connection, while private sessions create space for personal growth and family support. Depending on the program, sessions may be scheduled weekly, several times a week, or monthly, with lengths ranging from 1.5 to 3 hours. This structure offers both flexibility and consistent support, helping individuals stay engaged while building lasting skills for recovery.
