Established in 2014, Bluegrass Professional Counseling serves children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), personality disorders, narcissism, and substance use disorders (SUD). Across Kentucky, 5 locations and statewide telehealth connect clients to counseling, intensive outpatient program (IOP) services, medication management, and targeted case management based on their clinical needs.

Comprehensive Services for Every Need

Licensed counselors, social workers, and case managers conduct individual and group therapy on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. Specialized programs include DUI treatment, anger management, parenting education, and court-approved interventions. They also link clients with health, housing, educational, and social resources.

Extending Care Beyond the Clinic

Through the T.H.R.I.V.E. program, clients participate in groups that incorporate cognitive behavioral, psychodynamic, and play-based approaches, with child-focused care incorporating crafts, play therapy, and behavior modification. Community support associates (CSA) reinforce treatment goals through real-world guidance, while school-based therapy and equine-assisted sessions extend care into additional settings.
