Located along the Canary Ditch, Centerstone Franklin provides outpatient behavioral health and substance use care for adults and children. Services include counseling, addiction recovery, outpatient behavioral health, outpatient substance use treatment, and primary care. Walk-in intakes are available Monday through Friday, with arrival recommended between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m. The center opens Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Counseling and Addiction Care

Clients can receive outpatient counseling for mental health or addiction concerns while continuing to live at home. Their counseling service includes individual, group, and family counseling and addresses concerns such as addiction, anxiety, anger, bipolar disorder, depression, stress, trauma, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). They also provide outpatient substance use services.

Primary Care and Access

Primary care adds coordination between physical and behavioral health needs. Their primary care service includes 1-on-1 care planning, connections with medical providers, appointment scheduling, and transportation coordination when applicable. Walk-in intake access can shorten the time needed to begin an assessment, although arrivals after 2 p.m. may be scheduled for a future appointment. Insurance participation varies by plan, so clients should verify coverage before treatment.
