This specialized program offers a team of experts, technology in the field, tailored treatment using Class IV Deep Tissue Laser Therapy, Intravenous Therapy and Injection Therapy and support through the psychological effects of injuries.
Nōmina Wellness offers a 6-week skills-focused program that is designed to support daily living for individuals who want to develop the resources to function more confidently and independently. The skills program focuses on growth, career planning, personalized fitness support, diet and cooking, and exploring the challenges to personal growth. The goal of the skills program is to encourage confidence in personal autonomy so that individuals can thrive. This program has a specialized support team of skill facilitators, registered counsellors, mental health professionals, and other professionals to ensure optimal success. Continued family support and 12 months of aftercare are included with program completion.
Nōmina Wellness offers an 8-week day treatment program (PHP) . Classes, resources, and support are offered through Nōmina Wellness while continuing everyday life responsibilities and being able to sleep in the comfort of your own bed. Clients in this program can participate in fitness and lifestyle classes, weekly psychotherapy sessions, and neurofeedback. A PHP can also be successful as post residential options to help clients transition more smoothly. Continued family support and 12 months of aftercare follow-up are included.
