The IOP is a lower time commitment and typically lasts 8-12 weeks with participants attending sessions several times a week. Services offered in both the PHP and IOP are:
Outpatient rehab at New Mind Wellness Center consists of individuals participating in 1 or 2 therapy sessions per week, with each session lasting about 1 hour. Sessions may include individual counseling, group therapy, or both.
Aftercare
New Mind Wellness Center provides alumni support groups and continued access to therapeutic services after individual’s participate in their PHP and IOP programs. Other services can include outpatient therapy, medication management, teletherapy services, relapse prevention programs, case management, lifestyle coaching, and family education, and family therapy.
