About Natural Attitudes Embody Retreat
Natural Attitudes Embody Retreat is a 3 day 1-on-1 emotional wellness retreat that helps guests calm anxiety, confusion, trauma, and PTSD. Natural Attitudes Retreats works exclusively with only 1 individual or couple at a time to ensure guests receive undivided attention that is tailored specifically to one's needs. This ensures each guest will have direct professional support making it easier to reconnect with oneself or reignite a relationship.
Natural Attitudes Retreat draws on somatic psychotherapy to integrate trauma and release heavy, painful emotions from the body. Natural Attitudes has 2 programs: an Emotional Wellness Program for individuals and a Couples Relationship Retreat. Both programs typically start the day off with facilitated breathing and a sensing grounding practice. This is followed by a couples session if in the relationship retreat, and then ending with a plant-based, vegan gourmet breakfast. After breakfast, clients will engage in individual counseling, followed by an afternoon session which is designed for bodywork, massage, or energy work to release stored emotions and toxins. Guests will enjoy a gourmet meal to revitalize the senses ending at 6 pm, ensuring enough spare time for relaxing.
Located in Conondale, Queensland, Australia, the Natural Attitudes cottage provides a sense of instant calmness in a welcoming environment. Guests will enjoy ample space and gorgeous mountain views from the cypress cottage. Spare time allows for hilly nature walks to refreshing lakes for a swim. For the less active moments, the cozy cottage has a daybed to enjoy the view, or end the day with a warm soak with the outdoor hot tub. Natural Attitudes Embody Retreat’s peaceful surroundings combined with 1-on-1 attention makes this place truly unique.
