Moffitt Wellness Retreat offers customized care programs catering to young adults, midlife adults, and seniors. Moffitt Wellness Retreat has a 15 day program and 30 day program. Clients have the option of medical or holistic detox. The program consists of evidenced-based treatment modalities and holistic services. Clients will engage in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), individual and group therapy sessions, and 12-Step facilitation as well as massage therapy, yoga and pilates, aqua aerobics, and exercise including kickboxing, Tai Chi, and Tai Bo. The program also includes whole food supplements to restore the body and fitness sessions with a personal trainer dedicated to the client’s specific needs.
Moffitt Wellness Retreat is located in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. They provide luxury accommodations in private villas. The 4-villa, multilevel facility has over 8,000 square feet complete with ocean views. The villa includes a swimming pool, gym, and is fully staffed to cater to the guests’ individual needs. Moffitt Wellness Retreat encourages guests to connect with the therapeutic surroundings of Puerto Vallarta and explore what the city has to offer. Accompanied by a personal life-coach, guests are encouraged to experience real-life situations, achieve goals, and overcome personal obstacles which all lead to a renewed sense of hope and a positive outlook on the future. The location is ideal for adventure and activities, and Moffitt Wellness Retreat provides a vast array of outdoor therapies like sport fishing, scuba diving, snorkeling in the Marietas Islands, waterski and jet ski tours, whale watching, sea turtle releasing, zip lining, surf sessions, dune buggies, golfing, and more.
