They focus on providing healthy, gluten-free, vegan meals and providing nutrition counseling. They offer 4 types of private rooms, all of which come with a double bed, a sofa, a TV, a restroom, a balcony view, and high-speed Internet. In the shared area, clients can access the spa, sauna, ice and heat baths, and massages. Mitzpe Alumot uses the Beit Health method to heal the body and mind with experiential workshops.
