This 18-bed community-based residential program serves women referred through the Wisconsin Department of Community Corrections. Lutheran Social Services (LSS) Affinity House delivers medically managed treatment for substance use disorder (SUD) and structured transitional care through 24/7 supervision that supports stability and recovery.
Empower Women Toward Recovery
LSS Affinity House combines structured living with evidence-based practices to help women rebuild skills and strengthen recovery. Experienced staff lead group therapy, monitor medications, and guide daily routines in a supportive setting that builds responsibility, awareness, and growth at every stage of treatment.

Supportive Medication for Recovery
Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) is an evidence-based approach that pairs FDA-approved medications with counseling to treat addiction. The medications are used to reduce cravings, ease withdrawal symptoms, or block the effects of substances. More about MAT

This center accepts patients receiving MAT prescribed elsewhere for opioid use disorder, but does not provide MAT.
