Lifeskills Orlando Outpatient serves adults facing mental health challenges like depression, anxiety, OCD, and substance use. They offer structured outpatient care through day treatment and intensive outpatient programs (IOP), meeting 3–5 days a week. Their program specializes in treating co-occurring mental health and addiction issues in a flexible, home-based format.
Clients take part in evidence-based therapies such as cognitive processing therapy (CPT), rational emotive behavior therapy (REBT), and exposure and ritual prevention (ExRP) therapy. Group sessions focus on building coping skills, mindfulness, and healthy routines. Treatment plans are tailored by experienced clinicians to support each client’s recovery goals.
Clients receive care in a supportive setting that encourages real-world skill-building. Day treatment clients may access supported living to reinforce progress.
