About Le Center for Health and Wellness
Le Center for Health and Wellness is an intensive outpatient program (IOP) addressing mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, OCD, addiction, couples and marriage counseling, anger, personality disorders, stress, eating disorders, self-esteem, and more. Le Center combines mental health therapy with naturopathic medicine which offers help with gut health, diabetes, chronic pain, chronic fatigue, weight loss, and lifestyle counseling. All of Le Center for Wellness therapy treatment can be in-person, video sessions, or phone sessions. Le Center addresses the underlying condition using a natural, holistic approach. Clients will have individual counseling sessions along with mindfulness training and wellness classes. Wellness classes include breathing, meditation, and yoga. Le Center also holds classes during convenient hours in the morning or afternoon.
Le Center for Wellness’s combination of functional medicine and evidence-based therapy is a truly unique approach to mental health care. They strive not only to empower and encourage people, but to equip them with the tools aimed at achieving better overall health. Prices are individually based on the number of sessions and can include wellness classes.
