Keystone Lodge is a boutique residential addiction treatment centre offering a personalised 30-day recovery programme situated on a peaceful 9-acre rural setting. With a maximum occupancy of just 8 residents, Keystone Lodge maintains a small environment where clients can receive focused support without feeling overwhelmed. Each room is thoughtfully themed and designed to reflect elements of healing, nature, and renewal, helping to create a warm and welcoming place for clients to call home during their stay.

Build Tools for Long-Term Recovery

Keystone Lodge’s holistic programme combines one-to-one sessions with the on-site psychologist, one-to-one alcohol and other drug (AOD) counselling, daily group therapy, Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) 12-Step facilitation, recovery mentoring, peer support, family involvement, and personalised care planning. The programme focuses on helping clients build the tools, confidence, and resilience needed for long-term recovery and life beyond treatment.

Strengthen Physical Health and Wellbeing

Physical health and wellbeing are important parts of care at Keystone Lodge. Clients have access to personal training sessions, mat and reformer Pilates, nutritious chef-prepared meals, massage therapy, and other restorative wellness activities. These services add structure to daily life while giving clients time to care for their physical health during treatment.
