About Kamalaya
Kamalaya is a holistic wellness retreat located on Koh Samui's southern coast of Thailand, offering endless views of the beautiful ocean. Their resort and spa provide a variety of wellness programs for weight loss and fitness, with yoga, detox, and stress-relieving opportunities. The journey towards wellness starts with an initial consultation to determine clients' goals. Their program is then tailored to their needs, and incorporates eastern traditions with western medical techniques. Kamalaya believes that all facets of health are interconnected, which is why they offer the services of Chinese medicine doctors, yoga instructors, personal fitness trainers, naturopaths, mentors, life enhancement coaches, and many other complementary health professionals. Kamalaya provides 17 wellness programs, ranging from 3 to 12-day stays.
Kamalaya's magnificent property is nestled into a steep, lush hillside, where guests have access to a private beach. A yoga pavilion, yoga Sala, fitness center, a holistic spa, infrared sauna, an herbal steam cavern, and outdoor pools are all a part of the luxury amenities available. Gourmet breakfast, lunch, and dinner are enjoyed while gazing up at the lush treetops and surrounding ocean. Kamalaya villas range from cozy hillside rooms to elegant, spacious villas complete with a pool and outdoor patio.
