About John Henry Foundation
Since 1989, John Henry Foundation has been providing long-term residential care to adults living with schizophrenia. The nonprofit organization provides therapeutic services to residents, educational resources to the community, and support to family members. The John Henry Foundation program provides individual and group therapy services, life skills development, family support, nutritional counseling, recreational activities, and physical exercise programs to support the whole person. Additionally, residents participate in volunteer work on campus to help them develop organization and money management skills. John Henry Foundation plans regular activities such as hiking, beach walks, trips to art shows and concerts, and more. Their open air campus features outdoor seating areas, access to nature, and an onsite fitness center.
